As the Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support operational performance, decision-making, and continuous improvement across business functions.Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to support business and operational needs. Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making and performance improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across reporting processes. Support performance reviews by preparing detailed analysis and presentations. Continuously enhance reporting processes, tools, and visualization techniques.Experience & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence. Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards in a corporate or service environment. In-depth understanding of data analysis, visualization techniques, and reporting best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
