Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned business units Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities Manage month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CPA certification preferred. 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, including 2 years in managerial roles F&B, Manufacturing, and Retail industries are preferred
