Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Resale Team Leader. The Resale Team Leader will oversee a team of sales consultants, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure the team achieves its goals. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, guiding team members, analyzing market trends, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Team Leader will also collaborate with other departments to improve processes and develop strategies that maximize sales and client satisfaction. QualificationsProven leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and performance evaluationStrong understanding of real estate market dynamics, particularly in the resale sectorSales expertise, including client relationship management and negotiation skillsProficiency in market analysis, goal-setting, and development of sales strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in GizaExperience in project management is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
