Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Supervisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The Reservations Supervisor will manage and coordinate reservation activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient processes. Primary responsibilities include supervising the reservations team, assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in booking procedures, and training team members to maintain high-quality service. The individual will also oversee workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Qualifications Strong skills and experience in Reservations and Customer Service managementExcellent verbal and written Communication and Customer Satisfaction skillsExperience in staff Training and development is a plusAbility to manage teams effectively and ensure quality and efficiencyDetail-oriented with problem-solving and organizational skillsRelevant experience in a supervisory or team leadership roleBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferredProficiency in reservation software and technology is an advantage
