In this role, you will manage booking and ticketing for customer travel plans, provide exceptional customer service, and handle inquiries and concerns promptly. You will ensure all booking details are accurate, assist customers in selecting travel options, and coordinate with travel partners to secure reservations efficiently. You will also contribute to improving sales by promoting additional services and packages. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer interactions and resolve inquiries effectivelyExperience in handling reservations and ticketing systems with knowledge of travel booking processesProficiency in providing outstanding customer service and building rapport with clientsUnderstanding of the travel and tourism industry, with skills in promoting services to enhance the customer experienceSales expertise in identifying and recommending additional services to boost customer satisfactionAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in reservation software and familiarity with industry-standard toolsFluency in English and additional language skills are an advantage
