The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Sabre GDS and a proven ability to convert inquiries into sales.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to flight bookings and travel servicesManage reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds using Sabre GDSPromote and sell travel products, upgrades, and add-ons to maximize revenueProvide accurate fare quotations, itineraries, and travel adviceDeliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and chat channelsResolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfactionStay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulationsMaintain accurate records of bookings and transactionsRequirements:Proven experience in reservations and ticketing within the travel industryMandatory: Hands-on experience with Sabre GDSSales experience is required (ability to upsell and convert leads into bookings)Strong customer service background with excellent communication skillsFluency in English (spoken and written)Ability to work night shifts (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Egypt Time)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle high-volume interactions and meet performance targetsPrevious experience in a travel agency or airline is a strong plusWhat We Offer:Professional and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentExposure to international clients and travel industry standards
