Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Monitor progress, address issues proactively, and implement adjustments to meet timelines and objectives.Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, regular updates, and effective expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient cross-functional communication.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications through regular reviews and audits.Control project costs, monitor budgets, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while maintaining accurate project documentation.Collaborate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the development of organizational best practices.Projects in both Locations:North Coast.Cairo Gate. Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering.Must have experience in Hospitality and Hotels Projects.Must have proven experience as a project manager in consultancy offices.Previous work experience in Gulf countries is required.Minimum 12 years of proven experience.Strong technical knowledge of material and site execution and Software programs & Systems.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.For Cairo Gate projects (Preferably candidates residing in Giza, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed and nearby areas).
