The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth service, high food and beverage standards, and a consistently excellent guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising front-of-house staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, managing reservations and seating, and monitoring cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the dining and bar areas. The role involves handling guest feedback, resolving issues promptly, and promoting a culture of hospitality and customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for hiring, training, coaching team members, managing schedules, supporting inventory and cost control, and assisting with promotions and events to drive revenue.QualificationsStrong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a proven ability to handle guest feedback and build guest loyalty.Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and coaching staff, with an emphasis on building effective, collaborative teams.Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with staff, management, and guests in a fast-paced environment.Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality standards, and basic cost control.Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in fine dining or upscale casual dining is preferred.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on service excellence.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.Relevant hospitality, restaurant management, or business education or certifications are an advantage.
