Team members join a dynamic environment that values creativity, service excellence, and genuine hospitality.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Reservations Agent role based in New Cairo. The Restaurant Reservations Agent will handle incoming reservation requests via phone, messaging platforms, and online booking systems, ensuring accurate and timely confirmations. The role includes managing reservation schedules and guest lists, optimizing table allocation to maximize capacity while maintaining service quality. The agent will respond to guest inquiries, provide information about menus, special events, and policies, and support any special requests or occasions. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with the host/hostess and service teams, updating reservation changes or cancellations, maintaining organized records, and upholding Icon Hospitality’s standards for guest service and professionalism.QualificationsStrong customer service and guest relations skills, with a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfort using reservation systems, messaging apps, and standard office software; quick to learn new digital tools.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and guest information.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo during shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house, call center, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
