Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and configure POS machines and consumer finance payment systems, while creating and linking payment method accounts for branches and cashiers on the system.Review and reconcile sales transactions and payment method balances against actual operations, and report any discrepancies or issues.Monitor cash discrepancies, bank deposits, and bank commissions, ensuring accurate recording and settlement on the system.Follow up on balances and settlements with consumer finance companies and coordinate regarding pending transactions or delayed payments.Ensure all payment method accounts are properly reconciled and over cash amounts are transferred to designated accounts.Provide daily operational support to branches and coordinate with internal departments such as Stock Control to resolve operational and reconciliation issues.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a retail or commercial environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies efficiently.Good understanding of POS systems, various payment methods, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Experience working with ERP systems, knowledge of Odoo ERP is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn and develop professionally.Good communication and teamwork skills.
