Job SummaryThe Retail Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple Fawry Plus branches across the Cairo region. The role focuses on driving sales growth, achieving business targets, ensuring operational excellence, and leading branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service and business results.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise a network of retail branches within the assigned area.Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the region.Monitor branch performance through KPIs and implement corrective action plans when necessary.Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and retail staff.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance and support business growth.Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.Drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling initiatives.Monitor operational expenses and optimize branch productivity.Handle escalated customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to support strategic business objectives.Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
