Responsible for driving showroom sales and delivering a high-quality customer experience by understanding client needs and recommending tailored furniture and home solutions. Manages the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to order completion, delivery, and installation.Builds and maintains strong customer relationships, ensures consistent follow-up, and introduces interior design services to enhance customer value. Coordinates with internal teams to manage orders, customizations, and delivery timelines efficiently.Processes transactions accurately through POS systems, maintains customer records and sales reports, and handles inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally. Ensures the showroom is well-presented at all times and supports stock control and replenishment activities. 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, interiors, or home décorStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProven ability to meet sales targets and close dealsExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindsetComfortable using POS systems and basic computer toolsProfessional appearance and positive attitude
