The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing retail strategies, managing distributor and retail networks, and driving sales growth within the construction chemicals market (adhesives, sealants, PU foam, etc.).Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market shareManage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accountsIdentify new business opportunities and expand the retail network across different regionsMonitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordinglyLead, coach, and monitor the performance of the retail sales teamEnsure proper product positioning and visibility across retail outletsCoordinate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and product launchesPrepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysisMaintain strong alignment with company standards and global brand positioningProfileBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5–8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in construction materials, adhesives, sealants, or related industriesProven track record in managing retail networks and distributorsStrong leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsFluent in English (Very Good command is a must)Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsWillingness to travel across EgyptWe offerOpportunity to be part of a global brand – Soudal GroupDynamic and growth-oriented work environmentCompetitive salary package + performance-based incentivesCompanySoudal is Europe's largest independent producer of mastics, adhesives and PU foams for both the professional and private user.
