About the Role!This role is based at our mall booth and focuses on customer service, basic retail operations, and supporting both business andindividual customers. Job Code : Incremental 2026COMM-111 Job Responsibilities: Handle all day-to-day booth operations.Respond to inquiries from businesses inside Citystars Mall as well as external businesses using the PUDO service.Manage business drop-offs, pickups, and cash-out transactions as needed.Support new business sign-ups for Bosta services (no active sales pushing—assist walk-ins who express interest).Assist individual customers (C2C) by preparing their packages, including wrapping, attaching flyers, adding detailed address tags, and scheduling the pickup.Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in clients.Handle occasional cash-out or settlement processes with partner businesses.Job Qualifications: Strong background in customer service.Comfortable handling simple financial transactions and settlements.Able to manage booth operations efficiently and maintain a professional, helpful attitude.
