The Retail Salesperson will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture and home solutions across MSI’s product range. Daily tasks include presenting product features and benefits, answering questions, preparing quotes, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized showroom, updating product displays, and supporting inventory checks. The Retail Salesperson will provide consistent customer service, follow up on inquiries, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the in-store experience.This role requires working on rotational shifts with rotating weekly days off.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and close deals effectively.Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills to explain features, materials, and benefits of MSI’s furniture and home solutions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, build trust, and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.Previous experience in retail or furniture sales is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, including weekends or holidays as needed.Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and comfort using point-of-sale systems.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sales, or design is a plus.
