Responsibilities include building strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, proactively addressing client needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts. The role requires analyzing customer feedback to improve services and conducting training sessions to enhance customer engagement. The specialist will collaborate with teams to maintain a high standard of customer care and drive business growth through sales strategies.
