Job DetailsDescriptionThis position is focused on producing high-quality recurring reporting, supporting business reviews, and performing targeted analysis to help GTM leaders understand performance and trends.Success in this role requires a solid understanding of GTM metrics, comfort working in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and the ability to turn data into clear, usable insights for business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and maintain recurring GTM reports covering pipeline, bookings, renewals, and rep performanceBuild, maintain, and enhance CRM dashboards and scorecards used in weekly and monthly business rhythmsPartner with the Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to support quarterly business reviews and planning activitiesPerform ad hoc analysis to identify trends, risks, and areas for GTM operational improvementTranslate data into clear charts, summaries, and written insights for cross-functional stakeholdersSupport quarterly and annual planning by preparing historical performance views and baseline analysesEnsure data accuracy, metric consistency, and clear documentation across GTM reportingAssist with preparation of executive-ready reporting by validating data and aligning definitionsCollaborate with RevOps, Finance, Marketing Ops, Business Intelligence, and Enablement teams to align metrics and reporting needsContribute to improving reporting scalability through better processes, templates, and automationRequirements3–6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or analytics rolesWorking knowledge of SaaS or B2B GTM performance metrics (pipeline, bookings, forecast, renewals)Strong proficiency in Excel; experience building repeatable reports and dashboardsExperience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) with an understanding of reporting and underlying data structuresAbility to synthesize data into clear, concise insights for business partnersStrong attention to detail and interest in data accuracy and consistencySolid communication skills and comfort working cross-functionallyBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data, or equivalent work experience
