Publication date : Feb 10, 2026, 12:25PMPurpose of the jobResponsible for preparing the calculation of all monthly entitlements and variable payments in alignment with the company's compensation plans.Duties and responsibilitiesCalculate Company Incentive Plan payments, linking individual and company performance to the payout in accordance with the set plan.Calculate Sales Incentive Plan commissions for direct sales employees after reviewing achievement results across various sales channels.Prepare HR budget including Staff Cost and Other HR Cost.Participate in annual salary surveys and seminars; conduct complex analyses to support top management decisions for the annual compensation plan.Assist in preparing the annual presentation for the Board of Directors and C&B Committee.Conduct analysis to evaluate and enhance existing compensation programs and propose solutions for potential challenges.Participate in the performance management cycle.Prepare monthly entitlements for new and existing employees and submit them to payroll for implementation.Prepare the financial entitlements for the separation employees.Prepare Compensation Dashboards highlighting hot spots and bright spots.Participate in calculating salary and merit increases for permanent employees.Review, update, and communicate compensation policies to Business Units.Contribute to compensation-related projects and assignments as requested.Handle international mobility cases in line with their remuneration packages and entitlements.Manage various compensation programs, including life insurance schemes and Pension Plan.Job specificationEducationUniversity degree from a recognized institution. Advanced studies or certificates in Human Resources are considered an asset.ExperienceProven experience working with numbers, Excel, and PowerPoint.Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.Skills and abilities Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.Strong computer skills.Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Excellent people management capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
