Job DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a qualified Infra Road Engineer with solid experience in infrastructure and road design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models, supporting engineering design activities, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.Your roleDevelop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads/InRoads.Generate and analyze existing terrain and subsurface models using survey data, including grading, drainage, and earthworks calculations.Design and coordinate road alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and associated infrastructure elements.Develop and integrate underground utilities and service networks within road and infrastructure corridors.Review engineering sketches, specifications, and technical data to ensure alignment with design intent and project standards.Prepare accurate engineering drawings, plans, and documentation for project delivery.Support project teams with additional technical tasks as required.About youBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).3–5 years of experience in infrastructure and road design.Proven experience in 2D and 3D modeling for roadworks, grading, earthworks, drainage systems, and utilities.Experience in industrial or mining infrastructure projects is an advantage.Working knowledge of hydrology and drainage design is a plus.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads/InRoads.Solid understanding of road design principles, engineering standards, and best practices.Ability to interpret survey data, maps, and technical drawings accurately.Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.Rewards & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.This includes:Comprehensive life insurance coverageMedical insurance for you and your dependentsAnnual leave balance in accordance with local labour lawFlexible and hybrid work solutionsOpportunity for local and global internal transfersCompany gratuity schemeDiscretionary bonus programEmployee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, personal health, fitness, and nutritionSeize every opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and be recognized for the impact you make.About AtkinsRéalisWe're AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
