Design, implement, and maintain the territory management system (native or custom) to align with sales segments, geography, and product lines. Manage the annual or quarterly territory planning and assignment cycle within the CRM.Continuously analyse routing performance to identify bottlenecks, delays, and friction. Propose and implement improvements to reduce manual work and speed up time-to-first action for the sales team.Ensure seamless and accurate data flow from all lead sources into the CRM routing engine. Own key integrations and monitor for sync errors that impact routing.Develop and maintain a dashboard of routing effectiveness metrics. Provide actionable insights to leadership on how routing performance impacts broader sales KPIs like conversion rates and pipeline generation.Recommend improvements to B2C policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of B2C activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science.3-5 years of experience in the required position.Skills: Qgis ,Arcgis ,Roadnet, Olap, Power Bi
