Works within the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence team to create robotic process automation solutions for the business. The role is a key link between the technology teams, process excellence and business stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are delivered for candidate activities that can be turned into RPAs and can drive meaningful and measurable business values. Main purpose will be to identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition and re-engineer processes to improve automation potential and to engage with all teams across the whole cycle starting from opportunity capturing to the Go-Live to ensure the deliverables are meeting the requirements.As team leader he will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of RPA developers and support members, and ensure that IA CoE best practices and standards are followed.will also be responsible for contacting AI team to and RPA senior member to ensure choosing best complementary solution for the IA automation goal.Engage in discovery and identification of automation processes; proactively seek and suggest improvements and outline any risks and recommend optimal solutions.Partner with the Business Process Owner(s) to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements.Engage with cross-functional teams to develop process definition documentation (PDD) of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users and can be shared with RPA solution design and development teams.Develop the RPA solution Design document (SDD) that meets the business requirements and RPA CoE document.Create test scenarios to assure that the RPAs developed are delivering the ROI and objectives needed and record its results for approvals and future references.Collaborate with business stakeholders and his team, to design and deliver automated solutions for the client, facilitating increased business efficiency and optimizing the cost of operations.Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes.Handover PDD and SDD to his team to start developing the solution following his guidance.Distribute tasks on his team members.Engage with AI team to develop complementary solution by AI team if needed.Follow up with his team to make sure that they are following the timeline and GB CoE RPA standards.Supervise the support team to make sure that they are following the correct practice in maintaining the process on production Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or computer engineering.Special Certification or Training Required: RPA Developer Advanced level is an asset.Required Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT/Telecom/Digital Transformation related jobs.5+ years in RPA.Technological Requirements: Very good Knowledge in at least one of the following programming languages C#/VB.net - Java – Python is a must.Good knowledge in JavaScript is a plus.A very good knowledge in OOP is a must.A very good knowledge in APIs (RESTful and SOAP) is a must.A very good knowledge in Database is a must.A good background in different OCR tools and engines is a plus.A good knowledge about testing – creating test cases is a must.A good analytical skill is a must.A very good knowledge in RPA design and solution architecture is a must.Fair knowledge of Oracle suites & other digital transformation related solutions, specifically in Robotic Process Automation arena.Language Requirements: Fluent in English.
