About The RoleAt Octane, operational excellence is a key driver of efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. As a Runner, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations by handling field tasks, coordinating deliveries and collections, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.What You'll Be DoingHandle the delivery and collection of documents, packages, and company materials.Support operational and administrative teams with field-related tasks.Coordinate with clients, vendors, government entities, and service providers when required.Ensure timely completion of assigned errands and operational requests.Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and completed tasks.Assist in processing official paperwork and documentation.Support logistics and day-to-day operational activities.Report task progress and any issues to the Operations team.Follow company policies and procedures while representing Octane professionally.Key Areas of OwnershipField Operations SupportDocument & Package HandlingLogistics CoordinationAdministrative AssistanceClient & Vendor CommunicationOperational EfficiencyWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).Owns a motorcycle or car and is willing to use it for work-related tasks.Previous experience in a Runner, Messenger, Operations Assistant, or similar role is preferred.Good knowledge of local routes and transportation methods.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and attitude.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license is preferred (if applicable).If you're excited to join a fast-growing company and contribute to operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.Send us your updated resume to hr@octane-tech.io with the subject line "Runner".
