Russian Quality Assurance Engineer

1. Conduct QC Pre-inspection of Mechanical/Piping installation and Welding work2. Coordinate with ASE/AEP inspector regarding Mechanical/Piping installation and Welding inspection3. Participate ASE meeting and manage issued item regarding Mechanical/ Piping installation and Welding inspection4. Conduct factory manufacturing inspection of Mechanical/Piping Equipment5. Preparation and reporting of manufacturing inspection result6. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly incoming inspection schedules Conduct Material/Equipment incoming inspection7. Issuance of NCR and follow-up actions for Mechanical/Piping installation and Welding8. Conduct Welding Management Personnel’s Knowledge Test and assessment for qualification in accordance with Russia Welding Regulation(PNAE/RTM) and ISO 147319. Coordinate with ASE Welding Laboratory regarding Welding Inspector qualification10. Preparation and submission of documents for Audit and Inspection of NPPA/ASE/ENARR11. Coordinate with NPPA/ASE/ENARR for Audit and Inspection12. The Employer may instruct the Employee to work on other related position/trade to the above stated job position if required and the Employee should follow the Employer’s such instruction. - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering- High Proficiency in Reading, Written and Spoken English- Russian Welding certificates(more NAKS Level III)- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in on-site welding work in the nuclear or construction field - Proficient in MS programs and internet- Russia nationality holder- Age from 25 to 45 years□ Preferences :- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract work in Rosatom affiliates(or contract company with Rosatom group)- Russian Welding Inspection Certificates(PNAE) Holder□ Key Benefits :○ Salary: 4,300 USD/Month(Gross)○ Accomodation: Shared apartment(with 1 Flatmate)○ Daily meals (3 meals/day)○ Transportation(Accomodation to Work Place)○ Health insurance○ 30 days of annual leave per year(10days/4month)-Three(3) flight tickets to home country(Russia) per year□ Required documents 1.
