The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:>Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and close new business opportunities within the SaaS, contact center, CRM, or software solutions markets.>Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.>Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in Egypt and GCC to identify potential business opportunities.>Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals to meet or exceed sales targets.>Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.>Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and final deal closures, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.>Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team, using CRM tools to track and analyze performance.What We Offer:1-Competitive salary and commission structure.2-Comprehensive benefits package.3-Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.4-Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.5-A collaborative and supportive work environment.Job Requirements• BSc degree in Computer Science or Business Administration• Proven work experience as account manager or account executive• 3-5 years of experience as Contact Centers Account Manager, CRMs, Saas Solutions.• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience• Knowledge of CRM applications and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)• Understanding of sales performance metrics• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
