About our company :We are a Software as a Service ( SaaS ) platform specializing in providing AI tools and innovative website solutions, such as AI chatbots , to help businesses increase sales and improve customer experience. We are looking for an ambitious and professional sales representative to join our team ( remotely ) to develop a consultative sales strategy, targeting the Egyptian market as a first phase, and then expanding to the Gulf and the wider Arab world .Tasks and responsibilities (workflow ):Research and exploration (prospecting): Continuous research and identification of the ideal customer (ICP) in the Egyptian market, specifically companies that launch sponsored ads, for example, or have good monthly visits and own websites, but lack, for example , a chatbot to serve customers (here is an opportunity) .Diagnosis and Analysis : Analyzing the problems of targeted customer websites and understanding the volume of wasted traffic resulting from the absence of smart communication tools .Initial contact (cold outreach): Crafting and sending customized, professional emails that accurately explain the problem and how our tools can solve it and improve their sales results .Customer onboarding and scheduling : We direct interested clients to register for our free consultation form, then screen suitable clients we can assist, and finally send them a link to book their free consultation appointment . On our website .Closing the Sales : Attending the virtual consulting meeting with the client, listening carefully to their problems, and providing appropriate solutions and tools along with suitable offers to the client.Follow-up and technical support : Following up with the client until the subscription process is complete, and assisting them with the initial setup to install the tool on their site and ensuring that it works correctly .Working environment and hours :Workplace : Completely remote .Working hours : Fixed from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Egypt time ).Rest time : Daily break from 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm .Financial benefits (Compensation & Target):Basic salary : 5,000 Egyptian pounds per month .Minimum monthly target: Achieving 5 monthly subscriptions to continue in the job .Incentive (Bonus):From the 6th to the 10th sale: Commission 500 One pound for each sale .From the 11th sale onwards: commission 750 One pound for each sale .( Meaning: If you achieve 24 sales in a month, for example , your total income reaches 18,000) (pounds per month ).Continuity policy : Employees are expected to achieve at least 5 sales per month. If sales fall below 5 for two consecutive months, the continuation of the contract will be reassessed . Required qualifications and skills :Experience : Previous experience of at least one year in business-to-business (B2B) sales or software and digital services sales ( SaaS sales).the language : Fluent in Arabic, with excellent English language skills (written and spoken) for managing professional correspondence and meetings .Sales skills : Mastering the consultative selling technique and the ability to persuade the client by highlighting the return on investment (ROI).Technical skills : Good knowledge of professional email, appointment scheduling systems, and a basic understanding of how websites and AI tools work to facilitate customer assistance with setup .Commitment and flexibility : The ability to work independently with high productivity from home and the ability to commit and communicate well with clients .
