Tagaddod is looking for a dedicated Safety Engineer to join our team. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulationsConduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actionsProvide safety training and guidance to employees and contractorsInvestigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and recommend preventive measuresMonitor compliance with safety regulations and standardsMaintain accurate records of safety activities and prepare reports for managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety across all operationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field3+ years of experience in safety engineering, ideally within industrial settings, with preference given to candidates who have worked in chemical manufacturing or oil & gas environmentsStrong knowledge of safety regulations and standardsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to conduct training and communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software
