The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.🎯 Role OverviewThe Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies, procedures, and programs across restaurant branches, production facilities, and corporate offices to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with local safety regulations, food safety standards, and company requirementsConduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all locationsInvestigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actionsDevelop and deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees and managementMonitor safety performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadershipCollaborate with operational teams to identify hazards and implement preventive measuresLead emergency preparedness and response planning, including fire safety and evacuation proceduresEnsure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)Coordinate with regulatory authorities and support compliance inspections when requiredPromote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout the organization✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) managementExperience within Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Retail, or Multi-site Operations is highly preferredStrong knowledge of local HSE regulations and industry best practicesProfessional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferredExperience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety auditsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage safety initiatives across multiple locations⭐ What We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer development opportunities within a growing organizationDynamic and collaborative work environmentExposure to large-scale operations and safety management programsOpportunity to drive a culture of safety and operational excellence
