It ensures the accuracy and compliance of financial data, provides strong support for business decision-making through effective financial analysis, risk control, and process optimization, safeguards company assets, and drives the subsidiary towards its business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Business Partnering & Financial AnalysisPrepare subsidiary monthly financial reports and analyze key metrics for performance evaluation and decision-making.Provide financial support to sales teams, including pricing and feasibility analysis.Identify the business risk by using financial analysis, help sales team to lower the risk to the reasonable level;Continuously identify and drive process improvements within finance and across functions.Accounting and Asset managementEnsure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing procedures.Participate in cost control initiatives, including expense reviewOverseeing local warehouse inventory, conduct periodic stocktaking, investigate discrepancies and prepare inventory management reports.·Tax & ComplianceEnsure tax compliance, review tax clauses on invoices, and verify import/export declarations.Assist with special tax matters and mitigate tax risks.Finance PolicySet up, maintain or optimize the local finance policies to make sure it follows group/local finance regulations;Review and monitor the implementation of the finance policies;Develop and maintain local finance policies within the group guidelines (e.g., Travel, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Credit Control).Requirements:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related major.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a financial management role, 5 years of financial related working experience, preferably with exposure to international or overseas markets.Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is preferred; English proficiency is also acceptable.Certifications: Possession of a CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certification is preferred.Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Location: Cario, EgyptWhat We Can Offer:A platform to raise your innovative ideas and bring them into realization, make your mark in the tire industry and beyond;Being part of a rapidly growing company, which strives for further success worldwide;Being immersed in a people-oriented culture built on trust and respect;Being part of a diverse, fun, high-spirited and empowered team and interacting with counterparts from other regions internationally and colleagues from varied disciplines;A commitment to train and develop you continuously throughout your career;A career path that allows you to demonstrate your full potential;Competitive compensation and benefits package and non-financial recognition to reward your dedication and achievements.Dormitory and commuter vehicle are provided.
