Sales Manager – Electrical ProductsJob Summary:The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the electrical products sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for electrical products.Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales objectives.Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support when needed.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new clients.Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.Prepare periodic sales reports and present performance updates to management.Negotiate with customers and ensure successful closure of sales deals.Train and develop the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Sales Manager – Electrical ProductsMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the electrical products industry or a related field.Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams.Strong knowledge of the electrical products market, customers, and distribution channels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.Target-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Additional certifications or training in Sales Management will be considered an advantage.
