Makaseb is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Media Production team. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help brands bring their ideas to life through creative media solutions.Responsibilities:Generate and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needsPresent the company's services and create tailored proposals and presentationsCollaborate with the production team to prepare quotations, timelines, and project scopesNegotiate pricing and commercial terms and successfully close dealsMaintain an updated sales pipeline and track all opportunities using CRM toolsFollow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunitiesMonitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales reportsRequirements1-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar role (fresh graduates with exceptional sales potential are encouraged to apply)Previous experience in advertising agencies, media production, digital marketing, or creative industries is a strong plusExcellent communication and relationship-building skills A sales mindset with the ability to negotiate and close dealsGood understanding of marketing, branding, and content production is a Huge PlusAbility to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationshipsFast learner with a high willingness to grow and continuously developSelf-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personalityStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBenefitsWorking Coditions & Benefits:Working Days: 5 Days (Sun to Thu) (9 AM to 6 PM)2 Days Off (Fri -Sat) Job type : HypridSocial InsuranceMedical InsuranceCareer pathLearning & DevelopmentGym Subscription discount
