Team members work in a dynamic environment where innovation, reliability, and client success are core priorities.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and aligning them with Golden Technology’s IT solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up on opportunities to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with technical and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery, tracking account performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Account Manager will regularly report on pipeline status, market trends, and competitor activities to support sales planning and strategy.QualificationsProven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to build, nurture, and retain key client relationships.Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to respond effectively to client needs and convey technical solutions clearly.Experience in Lead Generation and opportunity development within the IT or technology solutions sector.Ability to understand and position IT solutions (infrastructure, networking, security, or similar) to various business stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and closing skills in a B2B environment.Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; previous experience in system integration or IT sales is an advantage.
