Sales Targets & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute the annual and monthly sales plans.Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize revenue.Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.2. Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new clients (individuals and corporate).Explore new markets and business opportunities.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.3. Contracts & Deal ClosureLead negotiations and close sales deals.Prepare and review contracts in coordination with legal/management.Ensure smooth execution of agreements and client satisfaction.4. Team ManagementLead, motivate, and manage the sales team.Set KPIs and monitor team performance.Provide coaching and continuous training.5. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing clients.Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.6.
