Sales Account Manager Location: Cairo, EgyptCompany: MitchDesignsEmployment Type: Full-TimeMitchDesigns is a software house specializing in User Experience (UX) Design, Website Development, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing solutions.We work closely with brands to build powerful digital experiences and high-performing marketing campaigns, combining creativity with performance-driven strategies to help businesses grow locally and expand into international markets.We are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager who can turn warm leads into long-term partnerships, owning the full journey from first contact through to a successful website launch.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle for our website services, working with leads coming directly through the CRM.Sell corporate website solutions to large companies, clearly communicating their value.Understand each client's goals and recommend the right website solution.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.Act as the client's main point of contact throughout the project, until the website launches.Ensure a smooth handover process and a happy client.Collaborate with the design and development teams to keep projects on track.Requirements3+ years of experience in account management or sales.Proven track record working with large companies and enterprise clients.Confidence selling corporate website projects and communicating their value.Comfortable managing and converting leads from a CRM.Ability to manage client relationships from first contact through to project launch.Fluent, professional English (written and verbal).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.What We OfferFixed salary plus incentives.A dynamic and fast-growing environment.
