Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Research target markets and potential clients to identify sales opportunities. Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers. Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales & Revenue Growth Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing the full sales cycle. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Fluent English is a plus.
