Position Summary:This role sits within our fabrication services division focusing on 3D Printing, and is focused exclusively on outbound B2B sales, identifying, approaching, and closing manufacturing and industrial clients who require a reliable supply of 3D printed parts as a component of their production process.The primary target is Egyptian factories and product manufacturers who currently produce or source parts that could be supplied more efficiently through additive manufacturing. This person will own the full outbound cycle from prospecting to signed contract.Key Responsibilities:Target Market Identification Research and map Egyptian factories and product manufacturers across priority sectors: automotive parts, consumer electronics, furniture & interior design, medical devices, industrial equipment, and consumer goods Identify decision-makers within target companies: procurement managers, production engineers, operations directors, and founders of SME manufacturers Build and continuously update a segmented prospect database by sector, company size, estimated parts volume, and likelihood to adopt additive manufacturing Stay current on which industries are actively importing or locally machining parts that could be substituted with 3D printed alternatives Outbound Prospecting & Outreach Execute structured outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and factory visits. Visit industrial zones and manufacturing clusters to identify and qualify prospects on the ground. Attend relevant industry events, manufacturing expos, and trade fairs to build sector presence and generate pipeline. Develop a repeatable outbound outreach sequence and continuously refine messaging based on what resonates with manufacturing buyers. Solution Selling & Closing Conduct factory visits and client meetings to understand the client's production process, current parts sourcing, volumes, and material requirements. Assess which parts in a client's product line are suitable candidates for 3D printed supply, work with our technical team to validate feasibility and prepare sample prints where needed. Prepare and present commercial proposals for recurring parts supply: volume commitments, price per gram or per part, lead times, material specifications, and quality standards. Negotiate and close parts-supply agreements including volume tiers, delivery schedules, and pricing review clauses. Coordinate handover of signed accounts to the account management and operations teams with a detailed brief covering part specifications, volumes, quality requirements, and client contacts. Pipeline Management & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM or pipeline tracker at all times; log every interaction, quote, and stage change Deliver a weekly outbound activity report: new prospects contacted, meetings held, proposals submitted, and deals in final negotiation Produce a monthly closed-business report: new accounts, contract values, part types, and projected recurring volume Feed market intelligence back to management: which industries are most receptive, common objections, competitor pricing, and parts types that come up repeatedly as sourcing pain points Requirements 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience in Egypt, with a track record of independently generating and closing new accounts. Experience selling to or within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments; you are comfortable walking a factory floor and talking to engineers and procurement managers. Ability to translate technical product capabilities into production cost and supply chain benefits for non-technical buyers. Self-starter who delivers results with minimal supervision and welcomes feedback. Proficiency with CRM (preferably Zoho) and Google Workspace. Preferred: Existing network within Egyptian manufacturing, industrial, or production sectors, contacts at factories or product companies are a strong advantage Familiarity with 3D printing, additive manufacturing, CNC, or rapid prototyping, understanding what the technology can and cannot replace in a production context. Experience selling supply or components contracts (not just project-based or one-off sales). Knowledge of industrial zones and manufacturing clusters in Egypt.
