 Receiving and processing purchase orders.Creating Sales orders on SAP.Daily follow-up and coordination with various internal departments.Issuing sales transaction invoices.Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.Compiling monthly sales reports.Expediting orders through internal liaison.Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.Planning coordination for the confirmed POs and the total monthly forecastingSupporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.  Previous experience in sales administrationV.
