Our ambition is clear: to be the preferred partner for both traditional energy and the next generation of infrastructure and renewables projects.About the roleReporting to the Commercial Manager, the Sales Administrator will be located in Egypt.This role is particularly well suited to:Working experience with an ERP system, preferably SAPProficiency in English, both spoken and in writingExperience working with AI in a sales environmentKey Responsibilities (but not limited to):Manage end-to-end One-Time Sales (OTS) processes, including quotations, order processing, customer account setup, and documentation.Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Projects to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate pricing, customer data, contracts, and sales records across multiple entities.Monitor order delivery, prepare invoices, and support finance with invoicing and accounts receivable activities.Produce sales forecasts, pipeline, pricing, and performance reports to support business planning.Manage opportunities, leads, and tender activity within Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.Leverage AI tools and market intelligence to identify business opportunities, support sales strategy, and drive proactive business development.Provide Salesforce and ERP support to EMEAA teams, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency..Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:All employees have a duty to take care of their own health and safety and that of others affected by their actions at work.Employees must conduct assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and comply with all Health, Safety & Environmental rules, policy, procedures, regulations and codes of practice.Employees must co-operate with management and co-workers to help everyone meet their legal obligations.Employees must follow any instructions or health, safety & environmental training provided by the company and report any hazards, injuries or ill health that present a serious and imminent risk and inform your line manager about any shortcomings you identify within your health and safety arrangements.Job specific education required:Post-secondary education in Business field or equivalentSkills and knowledge required:Proficient in business software applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Working knowledge of AI tools and data-driven solutions, with the ability to support market analysis and opportunity identificationExperience with SAP ERP systems (order processing, invoicing, and data management)Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)Demonstrates commitment to adhering to company policies and proceduresAbility to respond effectively to changing priorities in a dynamic work environmentHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and planning skills to manage workload efficientlyMaintains strict confidentiality when handling sensitive informationSolid data entry and data management skills with a high degree of accuracyDemonstrates thoroughness and accountability in all assigned tasksReliable, adaptable, and flexible, with the ability to work both independently and within a teamCapable of working under pressure to meet tight and evolving deadlines, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude
