Prepare and issue reservation forms, sales agreements, and related documentation.Process and maintain customer files and sales records.Update the CRM system with customer information, leads, and sales activities.Coordinate with the Finance department regarding payments, installments, and receipts.Coordinate with the Legal department for contract preparation and documentation.Follow up on unit availability and update inventory records.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
