Sales Administrator Secretary

Handle incoming and outgoing communication related to sales (emails, phone calls, inquiries).Prepare, format, and organize sales documents such as quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and follow‑up logs.Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.Support sales representatives by preparing presentations, reports, and product information sheets.Follow up with clients regarding pending quotations, orders, and required documents.Assist in tracking sales performance, preparing weekly/monthly reports, and monitoring KPIs.Coordinate with other departments (finance, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing.Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for sales documents and correspondence.Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and client visits.Ensure confidentiality of customer data and internal sales information. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles is preferred.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
