Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and investors.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and after-sales service.Coordinate with marketing, engineering, and construction teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and property market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.Valid driving license is an advantage.
