Sales Agent-Fully Remote (Egypt Based-Saudi Speakers Only).

About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven Sales Agent based in Egypt, with native-level fluency in the Saudi dialect, to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has solid retail sales experience and a strong background in HR services or BPO industry.NOTE: This role is exclusively only for native-level Saudi dialect speakers.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with Saudi clients.Present and promote services in a professional and engaging manner.Build strong, long-term client relationships.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.Requirements:1–3 years of sales experience.Previous experience in HR services or BPO industry is preferred.Must be based in Egypt and able to work remotely.MUST have native-level fluency in Saudi dialect (Mandatory).Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.Strong sales mindset and target-driven attitude.Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
