Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales and Service Agent for a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo. The Sales and Service Agent will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer accounts, addressing client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role includes identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, generating leads, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.
