Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage sales teams across the assigned area to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor and analyze store KPIs and performance metrics on a regular basis.Develop and implement in-store sales strategies in coordination with Brand and Marketing teams.Oversee training, coaching, and motivation of sales staff to maximize performance.Ensure proper stock availability in alignment with sales goals and customer demand.Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management. Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or area management within the retail industry.Fashion/Apparel experience is a must.Strong leadership and team management skills.Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of retail KPIs.Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English is a plus.
