By supporting child development tracking and improving operational efficiency, Baraem enables centers to focus on delivering high-quality care and learning experiences.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Field Sales Associate based in Cairo, Egypt, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site client visits with remote work flexibility.The Field Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective nurseries and early childhood education centers, schedule meetings, and conduct both in-person and virtual product demonstrations. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, and position Baraem's platform as the ideal solution.This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, preparing proposals, negotiating within approved guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. The Field Sales Associate will also maintain accurate records in the CRM system, provide feedback on market trends and customer needs, and represent Baraem at industry events, conferences, and partnership activities when required.QualificationsProven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or account management, preferably within SaaS, EdTech, or related technology sectors.Strong relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to manage hybrid work responsibilities, including client visits across Cairo and remote follow-up activities.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain digital platforms and mobile applications to non-technical users.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience working with nurseries, schools, or the education sector is considered an advantage.Willingness to travel within Cairo and occasionally to other regions when required.
