Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the food and Food & Beverage sectors.Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and business objectives.Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Coordinate with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role within the Food Industry/FMCG sector.Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management.Strong network and relationships within the food distribution, retail, hospitality, or wholesale sectors are highly preferred.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Strong customer relationship management abilities.
