The candidate will only be required to attend site visits, client meetings, or installation days when needed.Main ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone callsFollow up with potential clients until the sale is closedHandle both B2C and B2B clients professionallyApproach companies, offices, clinics, restaurants, cafés, interior designers, and business ownersUnderstand client needs and recommend suitable greenery solutionsArrange and attend site visits when requiredTake measurements and collect client requirements during visitsPrepare quotations and follow up until approvalNegotiate professionally and move deals toward confirmationSecure order confirmations, signed agreements, and paymentsCoordinate with the operations and installation teamFollow up after installation to ensure customer satisfactionTrack leads, quotations, follow-ups, and closed deals in an organized wayRequirementsPrevious experience in sales, business development, customer service, or interior/decor-related products is preferredStrong ability to handle B2B clients and corporate accountsConfident in negotiation, follow-up, and closing dealsAble to convert inquiries into confirmed ordersPresentable and professional during site visits and client meetingsAble to work from home while staying highly responsive and organizedComfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls for salesInterest in interiors, decoration, landscaping, or commercial space styling is a plusCompensationThe role includes a basic monthly salary plus commission on gross sales.The more successful the candidate is in following up, closing sales, and securing B2B deals, the higher their monthly income can be.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone active, confident, organized, and sales-oriented.
