We support food businesses by managing essential online activity so they can reduce reliance on delivery platforms and retain more revenue.The RoleWe are hiring a Sales & Client Success Coordinator to work on-site from our Nasr City office.This is a sales-led, client-facing role focused on handling enquiries, converting interest into paying clients, onboarding new businesses, and managing ongoing client relationships. You will be communicating daily with UK-based business owners, so clear and confident English communication is essential.As the business grows, there is potential for this role to expand based on performance.What You’ll Be DoingHandling inbound enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emailExplaining Better Orders services and pricing clearlyConverting enquiries into paying clientsOnboarding new clients and collecting required informationManaging ongoing client communication and supportTracking subscriptions and paymentsCoordinating internal work using TrelloIdentifying opportunities for upgrades and premium servicesCommission & EarningsCommission paid for every business successfully onboardedAdditional commission on package upgrades and premium servicesClear tracking of sales and paymentsCommission structure explained during onboardingWhat This Role Is NotNot a marketing or content roleNot design or advertising executionNot social media posting or community managementNot independent pricing or strategy ownership 1–3 years of experience in sales, client success, or customer-facing rolesConfident spoken and written English (UK clients)Comfortable speaking with business owners by phone and WhatsAppAbility to explain services and pricing clearly and confidentlyTarget-driven mindset with comfort working towards commissionsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsComfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Docs, and TrelloProfessional communication style and reliabilityMarketing or social media experience is not required.This role is not suitable for:Candidates uncomfortable speaking English dailyBack-office or non-client-facing profilesCreative or execution-focused marketing candidatesWork Environment and ExpectationsThis is an on-site, Full-time role based in Nasr City, Cairo.Working days are Sunday to Thursday, from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM, aligned with UK client operating hours.The role offers a base salary plus commission for each client successfully onboarded.As the business grows and operational needs expand, there is potential for the role to be restructured or extended based on performance.
