We're hiring Sales Closers for Academy of Sigma (AOS), the #1 fashion entrepreneurship education platform in Egypt.You'll be closing inbound leads who've already shown interest in our programs through ads, webinars, and content. These are warm leads, not cold calls.What you'll do:Handle 15-20 inbound sales calls daily (average call: 15 minutes)Follow a proven sales script and objection-handling frameworkClose leads on our education programs (5,800 - 7,500 EGP)Track all activity in our CRM (GoHighLevel)Follow up with leads who didn't close on the first callHit weekly and monthly close rate targetsAttend weekly team performance reviewsWhat makes this role different:You're selling a product people already want. Our show-up rate is 60% and our top closer hits 18-29% close rate.You'll be trained by our Head Closer who outperforms global benchmarks.Clear growth path with uncapped commissions. 2-4 years experience in telesales, inside sales, or closing rolesProven track record of hitting sales targetsExcellent communication skills in Egyptian ArabicComfortable working with CRM systemsAbility to handle objections without being pushy (we use Feel > Felt > Found, not pressure tactics)Self-motivated and target-drivenAvailable for a full-time schedule including some eveningsReliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote role)Experience in education, coaching, or course sales is a plus but not required
