Coordinate and support the sales team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other internal departments to facilitate effective communication.Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.Monitor and track sales targets, providing regular updates and performance reports to the sales manager.Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information and resolving issues as needed.Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team.Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures. 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Experience in the real estate or contracting industry is an advantage.females' only
