This includes creating Sales Orders (SOs), processing Invoices, managing stock reservations, and tracking delivery notes.Sales Documentation: Ensure all sales documents (Quotations, Contracts, Purchase Orders from clients) are filed, verified, and accurately reflected in the system for both internal and external audits.Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the middle-mile link, communicating order status and documentation flow between the:Sales Team: To provide updates on order status and stock availability.Logistics/Warehouse: To coordinate delivery schedules and shipping details.Finance Team: To ensure correct invoicing and payment tracking.After-Sales Documentation: Facilitate the smooth handover to the After-Sales/Technical Support team by ensuring all necessary project documentation and warranties are prepared and transferred upon project completion.Administrative Support: Maintain and update customer files, process expense reports for the sales team, and generate basic weekly/monthly sales reports from the ERP.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a relevant field.Experience: 0 to 3 years in a clerical, administrative, or back-office environment.Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (mandatory) for tracking and reporting.
